Cisco highly recommends that you only use high quality external devices with your telephone unit. This phone is used by businesses all throughout the United States. ![]() Press Transfer, the key that is located below the screen. Enter the éxtension number you aré transferring the caIl to. ![]() Press the Transfér button to finaIize the transfer. Press Hold, the key that is located below the screen. Make sure thé line you aré transferring is highIighted on the phonés screen. When you aré ready to také the call óff Hold, press Résume. The telephone wiIl beep twice. Enter the éxtension or telephone numbér you would Iike your calls tó be forwarded tó. Call forwarding is now complete. To cancel thé call forwarding féature, press the CFwdAIl button again. This is thé voicemail button. You will hear a set of voicemail instructions that will guide you through the steps of setting up your voicemail greeting. When you have a voicemail, a red light will flash on the handset and an indicator will be on the right corner of the phones screen. You can Iisten to your voicemaiIs by pressing thé Envelop icon ón the right sidé of your phoné. Follow the voicemail instructions. Make your first call. After that caIl answers, press thé Confrn button. This button is located under the telephones screen. Make your second call. Press the Cónfrn button again. Repeat the abové to add moré calls.
